- Llenar la forma completa.
Escriba en letra impresa su nombre, apellido y los de su familia (si hay alguno). No olvide poner su dirección y teléfono. También es importante pero no necesario anotar su dirección electronica para enviarle información pertinente. - Hacer cheque pagadero a "Somos Colombia"
- Enviar su forma llena y el cheque al:

O también puede traerlo personalmente a nuestra reunión mensual. La reunión mensual se realiza generalmente*, el primer sabado de cada mes en:
